Individuals with serious mental health conditions are more prone to substance abuse.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, you might feel confused or scared. Many people have thoughts of suicide throughout their lives.

Trauma 

Trauma is a type of psychological or emotional condition that can be caused by experiencing distressing or stressful events. When talking about trauma, we might mean situations or experiences that we’ve experienced that have caused us distress.

Trauma occurs at any age and has long-term effects. Since people react differently to trauma, it’s not always possible to tell which issues are caused by it. It can make one more susceptible to developing mental health problems.

Hearing voices

When you hear voices, it means that you hear a variety of voices that somebody else cannot hear.

People have varying experiences when it comes to hearing voices finding them helpful or comforting or feeling intrusive or frightened.

Your feelings about voices vary at different times due to how you’re feeling, how your life is going, and what kinds of voices you hear.

It’s widely believed that people who hear voices have mental health issues. Moreover, research has shown that many individuals have such problems.
